All the information you need regarding Delivery & Returns

All of our Parcels are sent through Royal Mail, using a ‘Signed For’ Service. All Orders placed before 3.00 pm will be dealt with and posted on the same day (except for Tuesday’s and Sunday’s) All Orders placed after 3.00 pm will be dealt with on the following day.

We do not Post on Tuesday’s or Sunday’s (husband isn’t at work, so it’s family time) any Orders placed on these days will be dealt with the following day. However if you do need to get in touch, then please feel free to email us, as I check my phone from time to time.

United Kingdom: Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For Service Free Of Charge, you can upgrade to 1st Class Postage for just £1.00

We are more than happy to ship worldwide for our customers. As prices go on weight when using Royal Mail the postage charges quoted are a worst case scenario. If the cost to get the items to you is cheaper than that paid for when completing your order, then we will happily refund you the difference. If the cost to get your items to you is more then we will absorb the additional cost.

Republic Of Ireland & Europe: Royal Mail Signed For Service £6.80

Rest of The World: Royal Mail Signed For Service £8.00

If you decide that the item purchased is not for you then you will have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the item. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will also need to have proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own Delivery costs for returning an item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Obviously all items are checked before they are sent out but in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item that needs to be returned, then please do let us know. In the event of an item being faulty all postage costs will be covered by ourselves.

Once we receive your item, we will check it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

We have changed the way we send your Orders!!! Instead of using polythene mailing bags, your Orders will now be sent to you in Paper in Mailing bags. We are using very strong 120 gsm Kraft Paper Mail Bags that are fully recyclable and renewable.
Your beautiful Orders will be wrapped up in tissue paper, which has been made from recycled products and can of course be recycled in turn. Any Flyers sent with your Orders have been Printed on Recycled Paper and we do not send Paper Invoices they will be sent to you by email instead.
